Field of application of standard gypsum boards “Knauf Sonicboard”:
• Wall and ceiling cladding of a structure in under-roof spaces, suspended ceiling under a main ceiling or joists.
• Cladding of non-load-bearing internal walls.
• Dry plaster over concrete, old plaster or porous concrete using Knauf Perlfix gypsum adhesive and pre-priming.
• As pre-wall cladding for leveling.
• As a pre-wall cladding for additional heat insulation or soundproofing.
• As a pre-wall cladding to hide pipes.
• In different walls for soundproofing.
• Gives better sound insulation, up to 3 dB more than standard boards.
• High density for better sound insulation and resistance.
• Does not contain substances harmful to health.
• Easy handling.
