Decorative drawn facade plaster “Silicon Trowelled Render”
“Silicon Trowelled Render” is a plaster made from the combination of silicone and other polymer elements. The applied plaster gives the surface a grooved appearance resembling oak bark. Adheres well to fine and rough construction surfaces.
It is used for decorative protection of facade wall surfaces.

• Long-lasting water repellency due to the silicone element, which also contributes to preventing the adhesion of dust, soot, and other dirt to the painted surface.
• High resistance to atmospheric influences, resistant also for facade surfaces of high-rise buildings that are extremely exposed to precipitation and have convex roofs.
• Long-lasting protection against the development of wall mold and mildew.
Color shades: White (color 1001); JUMIX: JUB’s color catalog for paints and putties (shades marked with * and ending in 2,3,4, and 5).

Surface: The surface should be slightly rough, hard, dry and clean, free of poorly-adhered particles, dust, grease, and other dirt. Suitable surfaces: fine mineral plasters of all kinds, basic thermal insulation plasters (cement-based), concrete surfaces, fibre-cement, plasterboard, chipboard and MDF boards and the like. Unsuitable surfaces: surfaces that have been painted with facade paints, lime-based paints, oil paints, varnishes and enamels. Prime with UNIGRUND or JUBOSIL F diluted with water.
Preparation and application: Mix the mixture in a bucket using an electric mixer. Level the mixture before use. Dilute with water (if necessary, max. 1%). Apply by hand with a steel trowel. A few minutes after application, plaster the surface in a circular motion using a solid plastic leveling trowel. Cleaning of work tools: wash tools with water immediately after use.

Storage: 12 months in original sealed undamaged packaging in dry and ventilated rooms at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C. Keep away from moisture. Keep out of direct sunlight.
