Decorative plaster “Bavalit”
“Bavalit” is a two-component mineral plaster made on the basis of cement, hydrated lime, mineral fillers and other additives. The applied plaster gives the grooved surface an appearance resembling oak bark.
It is used for decorative protection of facade wall surfaces.

Color shades: White; The surfaces can also be painted with Revitalcolor AG or Revitalcolor SI facade paints.
Granulation: 2.5 mm.
Consumption rate: component A: approximately 3.2 kg/m2 component B: approximately 0.4 kg/m2 (AKRIL EMULSION).
Density of plastering with mixture: approximately 1.75 kg/l.
Tensile strength (EN 1015-11): > 6 N/mm2.
Water absorption (EN 1015-18): W2 (EN 1062-3): <0.35 kg/m2h0.5.
μ vapor permeability (EN 1015-19): <15.
Sd value (EN ISO 7783-2): <0.06 m.
Bonding/Adhesion (EN 1015-12): 0.5 N/mm2 100% B.
Drying before reapplying (T: +20 ºC, relative humidity: 65 %): 6 hours.
Thermal conductivity: 0.93 W/mK.
Flammability: A1.
Surface: The surface should be slightly rough, hard, dry and clean, free of poorly-adhered particles, dust, grease, and other dirt. Suitable surfaces: fine mineral plasters of all kinds, basic thermal insulation plasters (cement-based), concrete surfaces, fibre-cement, plasterboard, chipboard and MDF boards and the like. Unsuitable surfaces: surfaces that have been painted with facade paints, lime-based paints, oil paints, varnishes and enamels.
Preparation and application: Apply manually, with a steel smoothing trowel or mechanically, a layer with a thickness closest to the size of the diameter of the grain of sand (2.5 – 3 mm) in the composition of the plaster. Cleaning of work tools: wash tools with water immediately after use.
Packaging: 20 kg paper bags
Storage: 12 months in original sealed undamaged packaging in dry and ventilated rooms at temperatures from +5 °C to +25 °C. It should not freeze. Keep out of direct sunlight.
