Acrylic emulsion “Jub Akril Emulsion“
“Jub Akril Emulsion” is a colorless aqueous dispersion based on polymer binders. It is used as a primer before dispersion paints and mineral and acrylic plasters are applied to the surfaces, as a bonding solder between the old and the new concrete. As component B in the case of using BAVALIT, JUBOLIN F and VALIT and as an additive to mortar mixtures (leveling plasters) to improve their technological characteristics and durability. It is used to make a “bonding solder” between the old and new concrete.
“Jub Akril Emulsion” is ideal for:
– All types of mineral surfaces.
• Represents an adhesive layer between the surface and the next coating.
• Evens out surface absorption.
• Sticks dust particles that cannot be removed by cleaning.
• Enables better traction.
• Strengthens the surface.
Consumption rate: 90 – 100 g/m2 (this information applies to undiluted primer and to normally absorbent fine and rough surfaces). Density: approx. 1.02 kg/l To dry before second application (T: +20 ºC, relative humidity: 65 %): further treatment after 4 – 6 hours Protection against getting wet by rain: approx. 24 hours.
Surface: This is a primer suitable for all types of mineral surfaces before they are painted with acrylic facade paints, interior paints, before the application of leveling compounds and thin-layer mineral and acrylic decorative primers, and before the application of construction solders (glues, cement, etc. .n.)
Preparation and application: Before application, mix well and dilute with water in a ratio of 1:1. One coat is usually applied by brush, roller or spray. Cleaning of work tools: wash tools with water immediately after use.
Consumption per m²: About 100g.
Packaging: 1kg, 5kg, 18kg plastic buckets.
Storage: At least 18 months, in the original sealed undamaged box in dry and ventilated rooms at temperatures from +5 °C to +25 °C. It should not freeze.
