Decorative facade plaster “Acrylic Trowelled Render”
“Acrylic Trowelled Render” is a plaster based on polymer ingredients. The applied plaster gives the grooved surface an appearance resembling oak bark. Adheres well to fine and rough construction surfaces.
It is used for decorative protection of facade wall surfaces.

• Suitable as a finishing plaster in contact with a coating of a thermal insulation system made of mineral wool.

• Additional protection against the development of mold and mildew.
Color shades: White (color 1001), base 1000; JUMIX – 348 shades from – JUB’s color catalog for paints and plasters (plaster 2.0 only), – 200 shades from – JUB’s color catalog for paints and plasters – shades ending in 2,3,4, and 5 (plaster only 2.5).
Technical data: Granulation: 2.0 and 2.5 mm; Consumption rate: approximately 2.5 – 3.2 kg/m2 (depending on granulation); Density: approximately 1.60 kg/l; µ coefficient (EN 1015-19): <165; Sd value (EN ISO 7783-2): <0.35 m; Drying before reapplying (T: +20ºC, relative humidity: 65%): 6 hours; Protection against getting wet from rain: approximately 24 hours; Water absorption (EN 1062-3): 0.30 N/mm2.
Surface: The surface should be slightly rough, hard, dry and clean, free of poorly-adhered particles, dust, grease, and other dirt. Suitable surfaces: fine-mineral plasters of any type, basic thermal insulation plasters (cement-based), concrete surfaces, fibre-cement, plasterboard, chipboard and MDF boards and the like. Unsuitable surfaces: surfaces that have been painted with facade paints, lime-based paints, oil paints, varnishes and enamels. For primer, use UNIGRUND or ACRYLCOLOR diluted with water.
Preparation and application: Mix the mixture in a bucket using an electric mixer. Uniform the mixture before use. If necessary, dilute with water (100 ml/bucket). Apply by hand with a steel trowel. A few minutes after application, smooth the surface with a large plastic trowel. Cleaning of work tools: wash tools with water immediately after use.

Storage: 12 months in original sealed undamaged packaging in dry and ventilated rooms at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C. Keep away from moisture. Keep out of direct sunlight.
