Interior paint resistant to mold “Jupol Citro”
“Jupol Citro” is a paint based on a water dispersion of polymer binders. It is mainly suitable for decorative protection of walls and ceilings in rooms where it is highly likely that water condensation will occur due to relatively high air humidity and, accordingly, this will cause an intensive development of a different type of wall mold.
“Jupol Citro” is ideal for:
• Kitchens, bathrooms, and other rooms where it is not mandatory to use paints resistant to wet rubbing.
• Interior paints with a pleasant lemon smell and with additives that prevent the development of wall mold.
• Has high vapor permeability.
• Extremely low content of volatile organic compounds.
• Easy to apply.
• Resistant to dry rubbing.
Color shades: White (color 1001); JUMIX: JUB color catalog of paints and plasters (colors ending in 3, 4, and 5); ; It is possible to color it in pastel tones with DIPI COLOR or DIPI KONCENTRAT.
Preparation and application: Cover a cleaned surface with a suitable primer before painting. The paint is applied with a roller, brush or by spraying. Dilute with water up to 10%. Cleaning of work tools: wash tools with water immediately after use.
Consumption: 170 – 200 ml/m2 for two-layer application; Density: approximately 1.59 kg/l; μ factor: <100; Sd value (EN ISO 7783-2): <0.01 m class I – high vapor permeability; To dry before second application (T: +20 ºC, relative humidity: 65 %): to be dry to the touch: approximately 3 hours; after further treatment after 4 – 6 hours; Content of volatile organic compounds (VOC): <0.2 g/l; Transparency: class 2 with coverage of 9 m2/l; Appearance: matte;
Surface: The surface must be hard, dry and clean, free of dust or loosely adhered particles, and free of grease stains or other dirt. Suitable surfaces: fine plasters of all types, surfaces leveled with self-leveling compounds, embossed wallpaper, as well as gypsum and fiber-cement boards, unplastered concrete and the like. Apply on well-adhered old dispersion layers and decorative screeds. Unsuitable surfaces: surfaces painted with limestone-based paints.
