The material has been developed to meet the new, changing needs of the market. Offers better thermal insulation and condensation control. The product is of excellent quality at a competitive price.
“Izocam Optiflex” is available in two versions: ready-made modules for pipe insulation and roll insulation. It has a closed cell structure and is used to insulate air conditioning, heating and cooling systems. Pipe modules have diameters from φ6 to φ114 and insulation thicknesses of 6, 9, 13, 19 and 25 mm. The roll insulation has the following thicknesses: 6, 9, 13, 19, 25 and 32 mm. The rolls are produced without a coating, with an aluminum foil coating or a self-adhesive coating. The material is elastic and can be installed easily and quickly.
“Izocam Optiflex” is an environmentally friendly product and does not contain CFCs. The fight against climate change and the limitation of energy consumption are the goals that require the creation of innovative insulation materials. Insulating plays an important role in reducing carbon emissions and protecting the environment, efficient energy consumption. Buildings and systems that are insulated with the right materials and with the right thickness of insulation are the biggest step towards energy savings.
“Izocam Optiflex” has good thermal conductivity – 0.034 W/mK at 0°C and can be applied in the range from -50 to 105°C.
