Soundproofing and thermal insulation from DI Trade Group

XPS Fomboard IZOCAM

It is manufactured with different sizes, side edges, different surface, and different compressive strengths depending on its application. The material has excellent thermal insulation properties and resistance to water vapour diffusion. The plates are easy to install. XPS Fomborg is used for thermal insulation of walls and roofs. The material is also available with higher density and mechanical strength, resistance to high mechanical loads and excellent thermal insulation properties. Suitable for floors and foundations of buildings.

Stone wool slabs for facades IZOCAM

Application:
It is used for thermal, acoustic insulation and fire protection of buildings. Can be installed with direct mounting and plastering. Allows the facade to breathe.

Stone wool is a mandatory element of thermal insulation of any building.
Coefficient of thermal conductivity /at 10 °C/ λ=0.037 W/mK, for density 130 kg/m3

Advantages of IZOCAM stone wool over other thermal insulation materials:

  • Dimensional stability;
  • Non-combustible material;
  • Good noise insulator;
  • Allows the building to breathe

Stone wool slabs are rot and aging resistant, do not cause corrosion or rust, and do not support parasites, fungi or mold. Unlike XPS and EPS, which are non-combustible materials, stone wool is the only thermal insulation material that does not burn and has 10 times better fire resistance than them.

FOAMEX sound insulation 5 and 10 mm thick

Price: FOAMEX 5 mm. – 4,83 BGN/m2 without VAT; FOAMEX 10 mm. – 7,17 BGN/m2 without VAT

It is used for laying under screed to provide thermal and acoustic insulation solutions. Produced from cross-linked polyethylene foam, with a closed cell structure, moisture resistant, flexible, odourless, and free of chemical or heavy metals harmful to human health. It does not wear and does not deform over time. The material is not conducive to the formation of mold, fungi or bacteria. FOAMEX offers solutions for thermal and acoustic insulation of buildings. Produced in different thicknesses, densities and finishes.

Technological advantages:

  • Provides thermal and acoustic insulation meeting the technical requirements of the building;
  • Extremely durable and resistant to wear over time;
  • High impact resistance, quickly recovers its shape, no dents are formed;
  • Easily thermoformed over a wide temperature range;
  • Does not change its dimensions under the influence of temperature during processing and use;
  • It lays easily and quickly thanks to its lightness and flexibility;
  • It is water and moisture resistant, HCFC free;
  • The material is antibacterial – it does not contain fungi and mould.
